Cul Sec is a no-fuss spot for good food and drink from the landscape, from early morning until late at night. This autumn you’re welcome in our cosy resto: pull up a stool at the bar for a glass of wine and a snack, or grab a table for lunch or dinner. When the autumn sun is out, there’s a dry spot waiting for you on our terrace, under the awning. On Sundays there’s a market on our estate and we serve breakfast too. On the plate and in the glass we serve the flavours of the season, together with local growers and food forests. Eat and drink your landscape!

Rent, party, dine

Landgoed Fruitslagers is a centrally located spot for lunches, dinners, workshops, meetings, talks or whatever you have in mind. Besides our resto, the estate is home to the white farmhouse, Voedselstation and, for sunny days, a lovely and spacious garden. Invite your favourite people for a private lunch, host your own workshop, give a talk, celebrate your birthday, an end-of-year or New Year’s drinks, or even your love at Cul Sec. Looking for an inspiring company outing? As fruitslagers we’re happy to tell you more about our commercial activism, followed by a cocktail, foraging or tempeh workshop. Getting here

You can reach Cul Sec by bike, train or car. Our address is Parallelweg West 18 in Culemborg, and you’ll spot us from afar by the gate of Landgoed Fruitslagers. Park your bike right out front and your car nearby at P+R Culemborg Station. With the station so close, you’re at our bar in no time by train from the direction of Utrecht (18 minutes) or Den Bosch (30 min). Take the stairs down at the end of platform 2 and you’ll already see our resto!

Eat your landscape

At Cul Sec you eat the restoration of the landscape. This is the test kitchen of the fruitslagers, where they develop a menu with flavours that restore nature. The restaurant seats around 30 people indoors and has a stretch tent on a lightly paved floor of wood chips with room for up to 80 people. Among the edible flowers you can enjoy a tailor-made menu, a team day in the green or a brainstorm session at the picnic tables.
